Angus and the City of Dundee

The jewel in the crown of Angus is the magnificent Glamis Castle.  Legendary setting for Shakespeare's MacBeth and the childhood home of HRH The Queen Mother.

Dundee also offers a fantastic shopping experience, you could quite easily spend a day here browsing the moderns shopping malls and the little streets with speciality shops.  With a variety of restaurants to choose from, lunch or dinner in Dundee is certainly a mouthwatering option too!

Just 20 minutes from Glamis is the vibrant city of Dundee on the banks of the River Tay.  Why not visit Captain Scott's ship RRS Discovery at Discovery Point visitor centre or award-winning Textile Museum Scotland's Jute Museum @ Verdant Works - both are must see attractions.
